Csolution examples - yml templates added

FR: May be some discussion about why there’s no version in the cproject. It specifies a pack version but not any component version. It’s ok for me but may be necessary for reproducing project.

RK: think we need to work in the log file to state there’s a mismatch in versions.

FR: Can provide guidelines and say log file exists to allow reproduceability
