ED: Note that '-' is not a valid character for a c identifier. Hence it gets changed to underscore

Attract 3rd Party Software Vendors

KD: cclass has to be approved if people generate new classes

RK: packchk utility should check this. Could be a warning. Want a lightweight process.

KD: csolution-based examples doesn’t impact the packs - think NXP would agree with this. 3rd party memfault have their pack in a repository and they would create a folder for the example. Nothing preventing them from using a pack but would recommend this as best practice.
