@Kangkang Shen Like Al Stone, KangKang thinks both of them are important. Why do we have to make decision? Why can't we run both?

@Kangkang Shen Futurewei has people working on it. If needed we can do a presentation.
@li.wan Is this open to others. Can I share the document outside Linaro members and engineers?
@Grant Likely Andrea will talk about the structure of how we're going to do this. The whole goal is to open up the membership beyond core, club and LDCG members.

@Grant Likely Level of interest is high. Number of companies is enough but not huge margin.
Initial pitch on March 25, 2020. Initial committee without commitment, will confirm the structure/cost to commit.

LDCG will make final decision at that point. end of July.
@Kangkang Shen This looks similar to HPC-SIG structure.
@Former user (Deleted) Thinks there is value if there are new membership. Minimum 4 external additional members. 6 external is ideal.
@Grant Likely with a smaller hit rate cost will need to be higher. We can only move forward if it's financially viable.
